Alternate to ClientExec / WHMCS Ticket center

What are preferred (pluginable) alternates to the billing software's ticket center?
WHMCS has a crappy ticket interface, and so does ClientExec... I cant stand it. If anyone knows a good script that plugs in, please let me know!
So far, ive looked at Kayako and am impressed, but I dont know if it integrates.

Kayako integrates into WHMCS easily. I am not so sure about ClientExec though.

I must say that for a company that sells support solutions, their support sucks.
I opened a live support and he had to "check this" for a moment.... 8 min later, he finally says it comes with LoginShare.
Does anyone know if it works with ClentExec? Im getting mixed responses here.
(On a side note, any other ticket desks that you guys know of?)

Kayako can be completely integrated into WHMCS. Also, there are various modules on WHMCS forums, which tweak your WHMCS+Kayako integration. It works flawlessly.

I have personally found CE support system to be very good. I wish the interface looked a little bit better, but the features are great!

Do you remember who you were talking to? If you could take the time to PM me the e-mail address you used to initiate this live chat, I'll gladly look into this. It was a simple question, you shouldn't have had to wait for it.

you enter the url of kayako (or S trio etc) into CE. When client clicks on support it opens up your 3rd party support url.
What version of CE are you using for support? the latest version has some great additions to support module and very powerful email routing, escualtion and kb updates.

I highly recommend Kayako. It's extremely useful and can easily integrate into WHMCS -- I'm not entirely sure about Clientexec.

I have not experienced said features - to me, CE is a billing solution with a ticket module thrown in. Im looking for something that focus on the ticketing aspect and has all the features like Kayako does.

in 3.1.4 :
Admin menu > Support > Support Settings
Disable CE Tickets Support System:
3rd Party Support URL:
I would be interested to know what features you find lacking in CE support, the email, group and routing rules alone are amazingly powerful and can be co
