Will you PLEASE stop billing me for an account I closed over a month ago. I told you I was leaving, moved all my sites elsewhere and asked you to delete me. There is a closed ticket on file where you acknowledged my request.
I have received several notices about current payment due, and replied to all explaining that I am not a customer any longer.
I received a suspension notice this morning, which made me laugh. A few minutes ago I tried to submit a trouble ticket. I got a page not found error.
Posting this here is not the ideal solution, but you seem to pay more attention to what goes on at WHT than minding the store.
And no doubt your "staff" is off for the holiday, so hopefully you will notice this tomorrow and do something.

apparently from his post, he has tried with no success. I know wht is NOT a support forum, but with some hosts, it isn't until their dirty laundry is publicly aired that they actually take action. I'm not saying that's what's going on here, but sometimes a customer has exhausted all other avenues of communication. It's unfortunate, but sometimes, it's the case.

His support has been offline for a while. I have tried to get in touch with Skylar for a week but he never signs on to his support system, AIM, or his support ticket system. When I do get in touch with him he ignores me.
Hive - he doesn't answer his phone that much anymore either.

I see. Perhaps he will see this thread and hopefully he'll be able to get this problem worked out.
