Thought it about time I gave some reviews for all your resellers out there.
Catsnine.com - Thought it about time someone gave these guys a review....
Firstly, I only got this plan because of their halloween offer, and for the fact that they were offering a WHMCS license with it for less than the WHMCS itself. Cats Nine also offer a 30day money back guarantee if you should be unsatisfied. So I thought, Cool I got nothing to lose.
Well, I wont be needing their 30day money back guarantee because I can say that without a doubt these guys are very good.
Cats Nine Support:-
1. Well, its there, thats a good start (some other hosting providers do not provide good support). The only thing you will find with Cats Nine are professionalism, courtesy, fast support, and fantastic Customer Care. Plus they states 24/7 on their website and they do actually provide support 24/7. They are based in Australia (10 hours in front of UK) and they have always answered emails in less than 30 mins regardless of when I send them!! BRILLIANT!
2. I got the option of being on a UK or US server. As I am based in the UK, I went for that option. Server loads never go over 2.00 (and thats on a max peak day), its always accessible, and it always loads fast and smoothly. Even if my home DSL is running a little sluggish.
3. They are human... They are genuinely there for you.
4. Recommend? Definately. I have just bought a VPS server too, but I will not cancel my account with these guys... Needless to say I'm Hooked!!

OK so these guys do have some reviews on here,some good, some not so good, but I have been with Mellow host now for almost a month and I have also paid for another up month now.
Again, I only bought a Master Reseller account off them as I needed a place for my resellers to go after I discontinued my dedicated server. I think these guys do actually deserve some good credit, as for the following:
1. Support - It IS there (regardless of what some posters say), and their average response times are less than an hour, so I would say that is pretty damn good. They have made my transfer over to them very smooth. My resellers are happy on their and there is no reason to move them off. Even though I have bought my own VPS.
2. Server. Ok at some points the server does reach 10.00, but it doesnt seem to be slow. The spec of the server is amazing so this would assist the server when it does reach high peak times.
3. I would also recommend them for a Master Reseller account, they dont use the Deasoft WH Master Reseller software, which means you dont need to submit tickets for a buggy software.
4. Recommend? Yes, Definately.
I hope that this helps Catsnine.com and Mellow Host, and I also hope it assists some other potential reseller find a good provider for them to host their sites with.
