Who are the cheapest registrar but with top services? - I resell domains for Dotster and I'm satisfied with them but as I offer free domain names from time to time, I need them for a lower price. I would prefer to integrate another registrars system in my web site / resell - not just buy the domains. Hoping for some input.

My registry is enom, I guess you can get as low as 8.75 from any of its reseller.
