non parallels alternative to H-Sphere.

Hi,
It is not only my question, since parallels bought psoft, many users started to look for a alternative solution. I need a control panel for both Windows and Linux hosting, better if it will allow to some vps hosting too.
What I like in H-Sphere
it's stable
it is not very complex like Plesk
it's enough fast for user
it has a free SiteStudio license, some customers use is and happy.
What I don't like in H-Sphere
it's parralels
it's parralels, they changing thinks I use so I can't really upgrade because I use domain aliases for example, their new domain aliases does not answers my needs.
it's parralels, is becomes more expensive, they already changed the licensing and customer has to pay just for upgrading the license!
it does not allows to sell plans in general (can be configured with some limitations but I can't to sell few pans to one customer or allow to sell plans to reseller)
it does not allows to set quota per mail domain not per mailbox.
And a lot of small thinks I don't like but can live with.
What other Windows/Linux control panel is present?
I know:
HostFlow, too expensive, not very feature-rich
CubePanel, too simple, slow, not very feature-rich
HostingController, I've even installed a trial few times (6 and 7 versions), seems to be not very stable and not so feature-rich like H-Sphere.
Any other choices available?

Greetings:
We are very torn up over how Parallels has been managing the acquisition of Positive Software in terms of the H-Sphere automation technology.
Cons:
* Parallels acts first without any advance communication, and you are not always guaranteed any communication even after the fact.
* Parallels will sometimes promise FAQ's on the changes et al, and then fail to provide the FAQ's.
* Parallels often treats its customers like the very small teenager, ruddy-looking, just-became a teenager, David and they are the giant, well armored, well armed, "who do you think you are talking to? You better know your betters!" Goliath.
Mixed bag:
* They grandfathered all existing H-Sphere providers so all current and new licenses are owned.
* The licensing for brand new H-Sphere providers, who don't have any H-Sphere licenses prior to being grandfathered in, have to lease their licenses at 2.5 times the price of Plesk leased licenses.
* H-Sphere Windows development is very slow; and will most likely stay slow if not stop.
* Pros:
They are still developing H-Sphere. H-Sphere 3.2 just came out with H-Sphere 3.3 in progress; H-Sphere 3.3 is supposedly due out in the 1st quarter of 2009. H-Sphere 3.4 is on the drawing board form what I read and hear.
Now, to answer your question... we try to keep our eyes open for various alternatives, and unfortunately HSP Complete and H-Sphere are the only two viable, "complete" hosting automation systems out there.
Thank you.

Hi dynamicnet,
I just have a few licenses left in my key and I'll have to upgrade my key or look for alternatives. As I understood your advice is to stay with H-Sphere?

Greetings:
My advice is to continue doing your home work as you have been doing, and then do what you see fit.
We are continuing to stick it out.
Thank you.
