Does anyone tell me, who is this "ns1.win-servers.com"? and is there any website or tool for finding out how use certain name servers? Please, inform me if you know... this will be a real help for me... Thanks in advance...

You may also want to consider using dnsstuff.com. Based on what I can tell, the IP address for that hostname belongs to http://www.hivelocity.net/

Looks like anonymous dns of some hosting provider.
You're better ask your host which nameservers to use.

Name servers can have different names then web hosting provider. Just do not invite anything. Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to specify this information
