I didn't download/view this, but I'll bet it's based on The Produkkt engine by Farb-Raush. It's a tiny file that totally smokes your processors in order to create rich visuals with very little hard drive space used. It's ingenious really.

The link you gave is also really great but the question still remains that how they are created with such beautiful 3D animations with so much low space
even if you starts writing the code in binary or ASCI in notepad and saves the file that will too have bigger size than these files
and H7 dont do anything with your processor and heating it up and the link I gave is also not direct download link, it opens the page from where u can read its details and then download it
Try it, believe me, its worth watching it
P.S: I also executed H7 on a 1.1GHz processor with 128MB Ram and it was still perfect

That's even more of a clue that they may have used The Produkkt. TP was originally released in 1999 and ran flawlessly on the average computer of its day.
I viewed H7, and it's really nice work! It had my processor running about 50% all on its own, which leads me to believe they're using something very similar to The Produkkt, if not the actual engine itself. That's why I brought up TP in the first place - it may be powering H7. The use of textures and how they are rendering their scenes is very reminiscent of how TP works.
