I'm going to go about getting one, but im not sure of which one to get, any tips? Our guys actually wrote a service order ticketing system but nothing this intense. This looks pretty cool. Can i please help some help!!! mlovick 09-13-2002, 09:31 AM Perldesk is REAL simple to get working but it does require some perl modules to be installed on the server. Read the docs that came with it and you cant go wrong. I mistyped the path and URL to perldesk. Just rerun install.cgi and ensure that all the details are exactly correct. I hope this helps.
