Anyone experienced AdToll?

I've been using adtoll recently, and I believe there's something fishy going on with their service. I bought a couple of sponsored ads and over a few days it showed the no. of clicks i've got. The funny thing is, I'm on livezilla which detects any new users who enter my site, but it doesn't show any new visitors.
Anyone can shed some light?

I've used AdToll before, it was a RON ad though (Run of network). I received the clicks, and the visitors showed up in stats
