Hi all,

What can this web hosting community @ WHT contribute to the sep 11 thing? have you guys thought of any?

I read some reports said that some of the terrorist groups have servers colocated in the U.S, and this websites/servers are used for propaganda, entice new recruits, strategic planning and so on. Further, the report says the Internet is the new frontier of war against terrorism, so ... the question remains ... what can webhosting community contributes to this?

:(

By doing no different than any other day. Every day WHT has thousands of new posts. Although we may not agree with every post, it is showing our freedom of speach and way of life. We may be deeply touched (some more than others) by the attacks and disasters, but we cannot allow them (terrorist) to affect/control our lives. Keep on posting!

Help out around your area. Feed the homeless, help them find jobs, housing and/or medical care (if needed). Clean up the streets of crime. Run for mayor/City Council. There's a lot of things you can do.

surely lots of things which you can do. But specifically, in terms of web hosting communities, what can we contribute?

For example: Are WHT members willing to refuse to host/colocate web sites/servers which are linked to terrorism or has terrorism-related contents? I think their web servers are in the U.S somewhere.
