When is cpanel for windows coming?

I heard it was "just around the corner" a few months ago, and I still haven't seen anyone offering it. If there is a host that has it now, can you tell me who?

There must have been some rather big bushes on the corner blocking the view, so maybe clearing the view right now ? Around the corner can last from 1 year to 20 years in some instances

The answer will always be "soon", or people would lose interest. I won't believe anything about it being launched until I see it released.

Thats VERY true with cPanel. I've been waiting on Diskspace and MySQL usage to both be counted against a users quota for 3 years now. Luckily, this is supposed to happen soon on v11.24!

CPanel is now still for Linux only for sure
If you want to find Windows Control Panel, you can try to check H-SPHERE, it is the complete one with both Windows n Linux

I have heard Windows is coming to cpanel for the last 5 years, so, I tend to agree with your wait and see attitude. Having said this, I think they are in big trouble without it and likely it will be here sooner rather then later...

I too have heard that it was coming to windows for quite some time. I wouldn't get your hopes up =(
I think if they had a lot more competition they would be in a bigger hurry to get cpanel working with windows. =p

Hi Zelphics - they do have growing competition. Linux, for better or for worse, is losing ground to Windows. Linux still holds the dominant market share, but, its marginal right now. All of those new Windows customers, or customers moving from Linux to Windows are hosting someplace, and its not on cpanel servers.

Yep I heard the same for about 5 years now.

cPanel, the leading Web hosting control panel software provider, will release its first Microsoft Windows Server 2008-based product line in beta later this year.

I think they always had something on there site saying it's coming this year, but the fact is after December 31 it's starts over and you may have to wait another 12 month, then another, then another as it does not GIVE the real year
