WHMEZLogin Vanished?

My WHMEZLogin has stopped working - I see in the forum that the software was sold, and I need to know if anyone is maintaining it/selling it and so on.
And just a note - I would have really liked an email from someone claiming it was going to vanish as it appears that's exactly what it did. The site is generic, the helpdesk is down, and the support mail bounces and a search of my email shows the last email is very kindly sending me a license so I can make sure that my software will work if the licensing server is down.
Uh. Right.
Does anyone have the scoop?

We have taken the software on. We are nearly there with the new site and support desk etc.
Support email address should still be working but I will check into that right now.
