Best and most secure software for clustering

Hi what is the best hosting control panel that supports clustering ? and have a good api to build up against because we are making our own website with automation to the panel

The only control panel that supports true clustering out of the box is hsphere. Interworks claims to be a clustered control panel, but only clusters apache servers, the other services remain on the main servers... Plesk with plesk expand allows you to create multiple DB, DNS and email servers on multiple machines as well.

thx but with plesk expand i also have to buy the normal plesk license first to all my servers and then plesk expand after that to all the servers ?

what do you mean?
If you have several physical servers with database logical servers installed (in terms of H-Sphere), you can easely configure your hosting plans in that way that new user signup is associated with the plan-defined database server or with the database server taken by the random choise. For every hoting plan you can assign a specific database server, or even a list of allowed database servers.
Isn`t it a clustering sql?
I used "database server" definition here, because all the above is tue and valid for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL databases.

No, thats just a bunch of servers standing in a bunch. A cluster is when all of those servers work together to achieve a common goal for the same database.

HSphere seems to be more of a multi-server solution than something to cluster, as blackhawkit mentioned.

thanks, now I understand.
But I have a feeling that OP has said "clustering" when he means the centralized management for hosting accounts on multiple (Linux and/or Windows) servers.
