Domain Name transferred fraudulently help?
My domain .allfreechips. com was tranfered to namecheap from my 1and1 registrar Nov 6th.
I found this out Saturday when logging into my control panel at 1and1 that there was a message I will no longer be billed for this name. I immediately called support and they informed me I unlocked it, and sent a signed fax to them to allow transfer. (none of this I did!)
In speaking to namecheck (ENOS)they said to have 1and1 send a transfer dispute to them as it was fradulent. 1and1 simply said it has been transfered and to file with ICANN!!
I am sick over this issue now for 3 days and I am loosing it! litterally.
Namecheap stated the domain is now locked so it can not be directed to another name server (It still points to my host)
Any help on this matter? I already did an ICANN submit via their web site but I am not sure if I should get a legal team right now or wait?
Thanks!
Chris
Have you checked your computer for keyloggers?

You must contact ICANN as well as the registry and make them understand the issue. ICANN might help you...

Chris ask them fax you back all documents you have faxed to them.
Maybe someone from your coworkers did the transfer or someone else.
I do not think that it can do domain name registrar. BTW who is current domain name owner according to whois?

They actually do understand this issue. And they also understand it happens to a variety of people who want them to fix it now, even though it's not necessarily within their list of top priorities.
Ctrenks, you talk to the last registrar you had your domain name with. One of your challenges is "proving" to 1and1 you didn't authorize the transfer at all, but continue working with them.
Hope it works out.

How its horrible and how the registrar got ur signed paper.. What is he domain name, check who is current owner?. Try to mail them and also contact ICANN. Whatever the case how the registrar knows the letter from urs and also they did not send any confirmation email before move the domain. Any how don't leave it and try to chase them
