surpasshosting " overselling ? "

I would say go ahead. I've had a very positive experience with Surpass. Been a customer since early 2006. I don't have a reseller account, but I'd say things should be the same. They have nice support people, and I've never had problems with my site.

Really ? from 2006 ? what about the uptime ?

Surpasshosting is the budget (or should I say budget-budget? ) brand of Hostdime. They own the data center they use, so overselling has a whole other meaning for them. The scale is very different, they're not limited to 2TB of data transfer per server like a small host often is, so they can manage different overselling levels. 10TB for $25 is definitely overselling though, no matter how you look at it. Not that it'll necessarily translate into bad service, but I would not expect to be able to use it. My experience with Surpasshosting is very good.. after 1 year with them i can recommend Surpass.

From looking at their packages yes they oversell - no other way to break a profit with the amount of space they are allocating.
Cannot comment on their supoprt or uptime as have never used them.
My personal opinion is stay away from oversellers but thats my choice
