Hi Mansour Ga,
Who is the ultimate registrar now, I think they went to GoDaddy from recollection. But I could be wrong.
Do a WHOIS on your domain name, http://www.samspade.org and contact the registrar directly.
RegFly lost their ICANN accreditation last year, 2007.

What did the whois information say? Is it under regfly (if cctld and they are still a registrar) or is it under some other registrar?

regfly is no longer a registrar, check whois to determine if the registrar is Godaddy or enom, regfly is no longer a registrar since a year ago

When you go to http://www.samspade.org and put your domain in, it replies with a box and the top of the box reads something like :
(Asked whois.netearthone.com:43 about netearthone.com)
Registration Service Provided By: NETEARTH
The important bit there is the whois.netearthone.com, what does your domain say ?
If it is a ccTLD then they could well be a registrar, but if it is .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz etc etc then it shouldnt be regfly

Yes they register them (or not as the case maybe depending if their system works). But they are not a Registrar (ICANN) they're a reseller.
If you do a WHOIS on regfly.com, or registerfly, the Registrar is GANDI.NET
So I say again, the OP needs to do a WHOIS lookup to find out who the ultimate registrar is.

As I know after termination of Regfly ICANN accreditation, domain under them moved to Godaddy.
All of our domain that was registered with Regfly now under Godaddy.
To find who is your "ICANN Registrar", just visit- http://whois.domaintools.com/yourdomain.com
Then find "ICANN Registrar" under "Registry Data".
