i want a logo to put on my business card, and maybe on my website in the future. i attached a sample layout, to give you an idea of what i want. any original design is very welcome.

i am willing to pay USD20 for the logo that i will like (i know it's not much, but this is what i can afford) . i will pay with paypal only.

maybe you can let me know what industrial you're in ... and I can come up with something more specific. meanwhile, I have got you something quite generic. it's quite a flexible design. you can use the whole logo, or for example letterhead, only use the aj symbol.

i still haven't seen a kind of logo i am looking for, even though AuroaGroup & shad's logos are pretty intersting.

Can you describe "a kind of logo" you are looking for? The logo is for Antiques and Collectibles, correct? So do you want something that looks "high - techy" or not?

i don't know what do you mean by "high - techy" but as i mentioned in my first post, i am open to any creative design.

Here is something else I came up with.

In response to your question, I just meant something similar to many of the advertisement logos displayed at the top of these forum pages, many of those logos have a high tech look or feel to them.

Here is something I made for you. If you need anything else, be more specific and I can help. Here's the sample:

since you're into asian stuff, i have come up with a logo which is "more asian" with a zen feel, young Japs/Asian are into this style ... take a look.

the japanese/chinese character is pronouced as "Zern", meaning previous things. hope you like it. :D

thanks Scroller for your contribution, your design is original and attractive, i added your design to my favorite list of logos to chose from by the end of today.
but i would like to receive more contributions if possible.
by the way that "kanji" character means "unusual" in japanese, and it is pronounced "chin". maybe the pronounciation and the meaning you gave is in chinese.

whoops! realised it's a typo .. meant to say "precious" and not "previous" ... ha!

yes, it's a mixture of various meanings ... unusual, unique, precious, loved ... a very long list actually ... yes, you're right, in Japanese it's prounced as "chin" and it's "zern" in Chinese

i didn't get back to you quickly, as i was away for the weekend. i actually haven't picked any logo design yet. i am still hesitating between a couple of them. i'll keep you updated once i make up my mind. thanks for everybody's contribution. meanwhile any more contributions are very welcome.
