Migrating Virtuozzo from CentOS 4 to CentOS 5

I'm curious to know if containers running (and created on) a CentOS 4 node can be migrated (using VZ's migration utlity) to a CentOS 5 node. Is there anything that would need to be done before doing so? Please keep in mind that we cannot update the packages in the VE or the template that the VE is using as that will overwrite control panel components and settings.
