netmastan, if you are new to this, I suggest you forget about having your own server. At least until you have some experience and a solid customer base. You may want to start by getting a reseller account with a hosting provider and test the waters. It will cost you much less (around $20 plus or minus a few dollars) and you wouldn't have ot worry about the hardware and the system administration bit until you are ready :)
Good suggestions,
Also you might want to get an account with one of the resellers here that offer control panel, learn how it works, learn how to install scripts on servers you will need to know most of this stuff if you want to get started hosting, also you dont have to know HTML/Scripting but its a good way of supporting your customers if they need help with something.

With a dedicated server you are less likely to get answers regarding scripting/html. A reseller host has an interest in helping you succeed since the more accounts you sell, the more money they make...

InshaAllah, One day I will have a server.
I am on learning way, yesterday, i made network between my computer and my frined computer. Now we can share files and use the net at the same time.
I also installed personal webserver, now practicing asp on my local server.
I know still a long way to go.But i won't give up.
There are lots of server give free space but i don't like the their banner. And most of them are overseas,so i don't dare to use my credit card to pay them for getting of the banner.
Local company charge a lot.
What connection i will need ? Is Pentium III 800 is Ok.
O I want to make the server not for business just to help
other communities.
Anyway, thanks again

Well, I do think a 400mhz is quite enough, if you are not using it for heavy loading sites, scripts, proccess etc...
I suggest you get a Raq 3 or Raq 4 which is very user-friendly, and now many hosts like 4webspace.com and rackshack.net offer at a low price.
