Could you tell me please, is it possible to make a refund to credit card on the transaction which was done 1 year ago? How long time does it usually take for the refund to be credited to a card?

Due to the nature of my business I don't handle payments directly through a merchant account, but since I'm assuming you do I'd assume it would depend on the features and terms of your agreement with your merchant provider. Can you contact their support directly? They would be a lot better equipped to answer your question than we would.

Refund i think that is possible. But chargeback - no. It is 60 days in average you have since the payment date to take your money away.

There is no problem doing a refund that old. There is no difference to the Card companies as every refund/return has the full credit card information submitted. Really the only limitations, if you do not know those numbers, is the gateway you are using. Do they only store the information for so long. They may purge all but the last 4 of the credit card number after a year.

Usually 2-3 days after the return settles.
