This may be the wrong thread to post this horror story, and if so I apologize, but I feel its imperative I share this with the members here.
6 months ago my wife purchased a domain name from Cirtex Hosting (even after I suggested she didnt and instead suggested GoDaddy).
Now we both fully regret ever doing business with this incompetent group of morons.
First due to their poor language skills, they mispelled her account name and password, causing us hours of back and forth emails to their always slow to respond (for lack of a better word) SUPPORT DESK.
It took 3 days for them to acknowledge they were the ones who messed up and finally reissued a new username and password.
By then I said screw it and cancelled (we never received our refund either) and took our business to another host.
Long story short the guy that was hosting us was a personal friend and offered us a good deal, but do to his own personal issues he was forced to close his hosting services leaving us again in need of a new host.
I decided to give Cirtex a second chance at our business by signing my wife's domain back up with them.
For one it took 3 days just for them to get started, and another 2 days to finally get her DNS propogated and her website online.
For the record most hosting services only take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours tops !
They claimed that since her files were on Direct Admin as opposed to CPanel that this was the reason for the delay.
Ive been on several hosts in the past and that is the lamest excuse ever.
Anyway after threatening to cancel multiple times they finally got on the ball.
I wont even mention how one of the reps tiold me to change the nameserver first which I thought was odd, but since I was under the impression they were actually doing the work I did it.
After her site was up, on average it took 17 seconds for her pages to load.
After complaining about this and the fact that there were several nights when the server she was on was completly down all I got were excuses and false assurances that this wouldnt happen again.
When I discovered that VidScript was partnered with Cirtex hosting, I decided (against my better judgement) too move my website to Cirtex and make my domain the primary domain and my wifes website an add on domain.
I only came to this retarded company due to the hosting of the VidScript.
I swear to God this was the biggest mistake of my life.
After waiting another 5 days after the initial ticket was placed for them to migrate my site from HostGator (whom I never had a single problem with by the way), these idiots not only deleted my wifes mysql database, but my site has been propogated for 9 hours now and I have received over 38 e mails from my members saying the site is broke.
Now my wife has limited access to her Admin Panel because she has no Mysql database, and my site remains offline.
I wont even mention the fact her site is still loading slow as usual, and the reps stopped replying to tickets and inquiries sent to them by me hours ago.
On average it takes them sometimes up to 3 hours to reply...THATS IF THEY REPLY AT ALL !
But I guarantee they manage to bill their clients in a timely fashion.
So in short, now my site is basically offline...after waiting for 5 days.
My wife now has no databse.
The site loads like a snail.
The support is the worst Ive ever seen anywhere.
And they constantly make excuses.
I strongly suggest the members here looking for a host to showcase their videos, photos, audio or games NOT to choose Cirtex Hosting.

6 months ago my wife purchased a domain name from Cirtex Hosting It is customary here to ask for a domain you host/have hosted with them, in order to validate a review. If you don't want to make it public, feel free to send it to the moderating team via http://www.webhostingtalk.com/report.php?p=5407768
Thank you!

Hi,
I've been working with XHIBIT on his issues over the past 24-48hrs as he sent me a message as well after making this post, unfortunately he did not send me the email before making this post.
Anyhow, we've been in close contact. The issue is complex as he is asking us to merge 2 accounts into one and migrate 2nd one from another server into his cpanel account and restore as an "ADDON DOMAIN", we did our best and at this point the issue migration/account merge should be resolved.
Again hopefully he does provide an update here once it's taken care of and he is happy with the results.
Cheers

Just a recommendation for the future it is much better to first try to resolve the issue with the provider before posting a horror story on wht.
