hello,
i have a shared reseller acocunt where i host low traffic, simple websites from my clients. All runs well, but the design interface is not attractive.
So i was wondering on how to make this account with a better design interface regarding webmail and stats.
My shared reseller account details:
Control Panel: plesk
Webmail: horde
stats: awstats
My thoughts and ideas to improve the design of a reseller account:
Webmail Interface:
- so as i cant install another webmail interface like roundcube, i wonder if theres any good skins to aplly to horde?
Stats Interface:
- So theres any skin / theme to aplly to awstats?
Fell free to give more / any ideas on how can we make more attractive / beutifull our clients acocunts interface.
regards to all

If you switch to the reseller account with Cpanel and WHM you will have what that you need included there. And that is not correct reseller shared account, unless your web hoster allow you that

I think you require ROOT access to server to do modifications to the branding and skins

Skins can sometimes cause security issues. This is why many hosts dont support them. I'm sure however if you requested from your host permission to skin your panel they may oblige.

If that is truth - you are on the wrong way mate. Because you have root access only on the VPS or dedicated server. ;)
Good luck

There are many ways to improve the design and services, however if you have a reselling account, you might be limited to what your hosting provider has set as default(as long as they are not resellers as well).
Best solution available? Contact them. Different provider, different options at your disposal.
I don't really know if there are skins available to awstats, they usually focus on providing good statistic results but forget the visual interface. However, I don't know if it would be the first thing I would do to change the appearance of my cpanel...
Hope it helps,
Solinger.
