Anyone know a registrar that i can sign as a reseller and don't need to pay high amounts upfront to register domains?
I mean, you pay what you register. Anyone knows?
Thanks

Netearthone starts at 8.95/.com without a startup deposit. You do have to have funds in your account to register domains, but you only have to have as much as you need to register.
You may find cheaper prices by finding a reseller of NEO.

resell.biz $7.49 without any deposit.

resell.biz $7.49 without any deposit.
But as mentioned previously on this, you get what you pay for, so if you require extra services from Resell.biz your talking dollars not cents.
They also (looking at their pricing page) only cater for 6 TLD's albeit, com/net/org/info/biz/name

onlinenic.com might be what you are looking for. You just deposit money upfront and then you can register domains after you deposit the $80 fee.

Is OnlineNIC good? Their pricing seems to be nice but they doesn't seem to be able to create sub-resellers, although there are many free features, which we can save a lot..
How can I contact OnlineNIC?

OP requested no up front large deposit, whats the Fee for ? I mean $80 bucks... thats a lot of domains...
And I hope I am wrong but pay the $80 and your domains are costing $8.85 ?? Am I right or wrong?

Hi..
thanks everyone... i don't want to pay fees upfront, i just want to pay for the domains i register, and will only need the most common tld's...
i think resell.biz is worth a try, i'll give a peek on their site :)

I left resell.biz after they took over stargate. Seems like support and such went down hill, they weren't entirely prepared for the takeover and their site resell.biz was giving problems, couldn't add funds, funds weren't being creditied, etc.
I found NEO and haven't looked back. They have TONS of TLDs, even if you don't need them, their prices are great, and their service is TOP NOTCH. Chris as NEO has been a great help and has even called me on the phone from the UK.
I highly recommend NEO.

You can find NEO at reseller.netearthone.com.
You will have to search to find other resellers of NEO who may offer less expensive domains to start than NEO does itself. Or, they may offer the same starting price, but have better slab pricing at lower price points.

Isnt that one of the estdomains supersites?

NO! They are their own Icann registered registrar. Estdomains, Directi, NEO and others use the logicbox interface which includes the supersite. Logicbox is just the backend/interface to those 3 very different registrars. And although all three (among others) use the same logicbox interface, they are not affiliated with another.
It's kind of like many webhosts use whmcs for their backend. but just because they do, doesn't make them affiliated with each other.

Hi SpruceHost,
Nope can safely say we are not part of or linked to ESTdomains. We simply use the same backend interface.

I have to say that Chris offers the ABSOLUTE best registrar support that I have ever had. I have experience with Startgate and Enom, and NEO has got them beat!
The only criticism I have is the interface/backend. It's ugly and cumbersome. I know it allows for registrars out-of-the-box sort of speak, but if I could make any recommendation to NEO, it would be to find another backend or develop one of your own. I think you will benefit even more with a different/custom setup. I mean logicboxes is functional, but that's about all that I can say about it. It's confusing for customers, too. Thankfully it's integrated into whmcs so my customers don't often have to go to the interface, but many times I do and I HATE it. Again, that's nothing on NEO and their services. They are great. Logicboxes leaves a lot to be desired! :)

Hi Scott,
I know what you mean, it is functional to be honest, just far too illogical to do some tasks.
We are already developing our own platform. Which will go live end of 2nd / 3rd quarter next year.
We will also be launching a $2,500 design competition for designing the GUI end, that best suits resellers and end users. Also you'll be able to make any changes to the admin CP side as well as the customer facing side of the site.
Also ANY billing platform will work with it. so we will then have support for a far wider audience.
Chris

Resell.biz doesn't seem to have some sort of sales or support techs. I got a reply to my sales ticket after 4 days I guess.
I would recommend NEO to everyone. Just signed up with them yesterday :)

NEO has been GREAT! We've been with them for just about a year and have had NO issues and Chris in the UK has been pleasant to work with and always willing to help. Prices are good on top of it all. What more can you want in a domain reseller?
