what the? wow! is this true!?! Now you know. it hurts the business right? One unaccepted mail imay be one business or big deal LOST. and you would know. the client wouldnt know. Legal? are you saying that its supposed to be legal and normal to be 421 or 425 deferred and our solution is illegal? I'm sorry but I donot see your point. we use high-end dedicated servers for handling our services and as we are mandated, should be within the bounds of the TOS and AUP when relaying messages. There are many other relay services being offered out there, but it is very hard to find a diversified system to ensure load balancing with reputation.
