Legal issue : UDRP ?

hello;
our company is merged with an international company, and we are trying to take our domain name from some guy.
Our comp. is in Turkey, the guy is also in Turkey, and registered the domain through godaddy.
which courts are authorized for this kind of issues?
who should we deal with?
i read some UDRP policies but actually do not understand. can you give some info about these.

You can file in Turkey since both you and the other party are there, though the registrar might or not might comply with the order. Or you can file in the registrar's jurisdiction, which can be...quite costly.
You can also try the UDRP as you mentioned. UDRP allows trademark holders to "seize" the domain name from its registrant if all its conditions are met, though it doesn't grant monetary damages.
Or...you can do what Stu said and check with a lawyer. Good luck.
