I was using multiple slices @ slicehost and saw this offer. I had been debating a move to dedicated hosting but the quad core + 8gb ram + 100mbps port + 250gb sata drive + awesome support was too much to pass up.
I've experienced outstanding support with them as well. I initially had them install ubuntu 8.04 LTS but they had issues installing plesk onto it. They asked if I wanted to give it a shot and I said sure (I'm a fairly competent *nix admin) but was also unable to get the install to work. They gave me a coupon code for a free OS reload and I switched to centos 5 + cpanel. at no charge.
I also decided that the metered 100mbps port would better suit my needs than the 10mbps unmetered port and they switched me over no questions asked!

The sales team will see the coupon code within the notes of the order and they handle the server upgrades and $15 add on cost. It will not automatically add the upgrades in the order form. Once you place an order a sales rep will contact you introducing themselves and confirm all information.
