I am going on my honeymoon for 3 weeks next year but my concern is who will handle the support requests from my hosying company. The design service is something I can close down for the 3 weeks.
Support is something I cant. Currently it is split between 2 people myself being one of them.
So what options do I have? normally when I go on holiday I have the laptop with me and still able to work but not this time.
Any sugestions?

Find a reliable Outsourced Support company. Is your partner going? If not, go for an outsourced company and ask him/her to monitor the outsourced staffs.
Just do a search and you can find a lot. Some reputable ones around are Bobcares, CliffSupport, TouchSupport, PlatinumServerManagement

Thats why you should go for outsource companies. But your partner should monitor them too :)

PlatinumServerManagement does server management, but not end user support. It sounds like the OP needs someone to manage the support desk. I'm not sure really who is good in the outsource market.

My partner can manage the servers, I am looking someone to run the helpdesk. It generally involved some server admin tasks.

Do you provide end user support to the client?
You can contact the sales team of the outsourced companies and see which meet your needs.
I've stated the popular ones around here above. :)

Please find the list of Tech Support companies from the below link

Select the company, that meets your requirement and then check for company review here at WHT. That way you can be sure about their support quality.

Hi blessen!
Yeah. What blessen had said is right. Quality over quantity. Keep that in mind ;)

Are you only looking to hire them for during that time? If i were an outsourcing company, i wouldnt take a job like that unless i was just going to designate one person or so during that time and/or have a larger fee than a normal per month rate. It just takes a large amount of time/money to get things setup.

I would suggest a per ticket plan because of the short time frame. Figure out what your average tickets are per week and by three or four times that many just to be sure.
There are many per ticket support companies out there. Bobcares is one of them and comes highly recommended on wht.

does anyone know a remote support help desk solution for our IT company? One that would represent us while remote supporting our clients?
