What will benefit the end user?

In case anybody don't get what I mean, since this is a Reseller Hosting Forum, so of course this has got to do with Reseller accounts. I am fed-up thinking of things that will benefit the end-user(its easy to get ideas to benefit the reseller, but I just don't get what can I do to benefit the end user), so I wish to hear from the community, what ideas do you have, except end user support(this will drive me nuts if I were to support my reseller's clients and their clients too).
In many cases, hosts give free end user support for their client's client(host->reseller account->client[a.k.a end user]), and many other free giveaways like ClientEXEC, WHMCS, domain reseller, merchant account and so. But I had find this kind of stuck, meaning that there are nothing much we can add on to our clients or else we will not only not be making profit, but losing money.
So I have thought of catering to the needs of the end client too, but I can't thought of anything much except for mainly end user support.. However, if my client is on a Master Reseller account, and he/she made reseller accounts for their clients too, and we were to give end user support, we will be in an insane need of support staff, which will drive me nuts.
Will providing free gifts for the end user work? I guess not, since it will rise the cost of the hosting package, at the same time we will be spending lots of money on something which may not work out in the first place, besides, we may even lose $$$ on it..
I hope the community can give suggestions on this, which may be an improvement to the industry too!

Hope I got the correct idea, What you can provide to your reseller's clients ? The end users of your resellers could benifit of website creator such as RVSiteBuilder.
End user support is some thing like the pennies stocks I guess it cost a lot and looks like a huge work but in the long term it make good profits of course as long it's offered.
I think the informations or ideas is the most precious thing in the information technology world and it's businesses so you can also tell the clients how to make successful websites.
Look to cPanel for example, What more it's offering ? Simple tasks management, Daily jobs automation, Ready common scripts and many more good and simple ideas well done.

You got the right idea but somehow wrong answer.. RVSiteBuilder is a must in the industry, so its like saying nothing when mentioning it..
As for end user support, I do agree with you. It needs a lot of manpower to get it done, besides, it isn't cheap either.

If I were you I'd change the roles and become the end user and try to host web site there. But as you are skilled with this stuff better ask your wife or your friend to do that. (need people which are newbie) as many people you manage to involve as better. And then in a few weeks look into the suggestion box.
I believe that will be the best method.
Good luck

Well, I had thought of making a suggestion box to improve, but asking newbies to test things out won't work, cause they will be asking, what is this, how to use bla bla bla!

Things like end-user support, billing systems, domain resellers are all becoming more and more trivial these days. Soon enough as hard drive capacity continues to expand and bandwidth prices continue to lower, space and bandwidth will no longer be a selling point either.
These days it might be better to "think inside the box" rather then out. Hardware, web servers, and supported features. Technology is rapidly expanding and everyone and there little dog too has a blog, forum, e-commerce site, or some other type of dynamic website. People want to be able to get as many resources as they can and push them to the limit while still expecting a solid and reliable uptime for a rock bottom price.
In short, there is no magical application that is going to differentiate you from this over-saturated market. It's all about marketing, delivery, and reputation. If you can deliver an overall good experience for your end-users and start getting them to talk about you then you have won. How much you can grow depends on how well you can market yourself and the way your consumer perceives your brand and reputation.

If you can't be huge then be smart, Invent some thing For example some kind of script that your clients would appreciate it's functions then make it available exclusive for your services.

Well I had thought of this, but feel that this sounds kind of useless since there are not much unique applications and many prefer to use those reputable ones. Like if we make a billing for our own clients, they will say they prefer WHMCS. If we make our own helpdesk, they will say they prefer Kayako..

Well if you want to be special you have to be creative and think of some thing new or some thing popular and make it in your own uniqe way ... or you must be very rich
Don't just think of billing and support or control panel because it's not easy to compete the old players in their own fields but find some thing already exist and make it better.
For example there was many video websites before youtube but they make it better way, Some one make a youtube plugin for vbulletin forums which compete ubb in their times.
You could make a special blog script idea and hire a professional programmer from elance to make it then hire a professioanl designer to make some styles for it.
This is some thing you can add to cPanel or WHM as plugin, I'm not sure how but you even can do it your self or hire some one. The most important part is the friendly finishing.
Regard the end user support why not to try some dedicated offers includes this feature ? I remember I've seen it in the ads section.
