I'm thinking of switching hosts, and while I couldn't find much info on the following companies here in the forums, I hope that doesn't mean anything.

While it probably goes without saying (...thus he says it anyway), I am very interested in comments on support, reliability, customer service, speed, etc.

I've never heard of them. But then again, finding little reports about them on a site like this is a good thing. ;)
