Mailing List Solution

I'm looking for a 3rd party web-based mailing list that can convert an existing, dynamic html page into a newsletter, and have it send the newsletter out once a day.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Other features like good email management of multiple lists, decent tools/API for integrating with this mailing list solution, etc. would be nice.
I want a 3rd party solution that manages all the email for me. In other words, I'm not looking for a software solution that I install on my server like phplist.

Hi Jasper,
I don't see anywhere that says Mailchimp can do HTML to email. Am I missing something?
I do see RSS to email though. I was looking at mailchimp but couldn't figure out HTML to email, nor could I figure out scheduling (apparently RSS to email has scheduling, but they choose the time each day, not you).

Thanks msm25, are these all software solutions, or do they offer services as well? From what I can tell they are primarily downloadable software solutions, and I'm really focused more on a 3rd party service. I will check them out nonetheless, so thanks for the recommendations!

Campaignmonitor can send existing html pages as e-mail, I know that for sure.

Do you mean HTML to email as in you design the HTML in their tool, and they convert it? I'm looking for something where I can plug in a URL into the newsletter tool and have it download the html realtime once a day and send it.
