Do you need a reseller hosting account which also offers a Directi sub-reseller account (I ask because this is in the reseller hosting forum)? If you're JUST looking for a sub-reseller account with directi, you will have better luck asking here (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=35).

Any directi reseller is able to offer you a sub-reseller account. Besides this, any sub-reseller can also offer you a reseller account.
As directi has unlimited sub reseller chain feature, so you can just have sub resellers whether you are a directi reseller or not.
Directi Reseller > Sub Reseller Level 1 > Sub reseller level 2 > sub reseller level 3 and so on
Unlimited chain of resellers.
Also, any module which works with directi account WILL ALSO work with an account from any of its sub resellers or anything below that level.

Its just to ask the hosts.
They do control their price level their self, soo you would be better of going around asking several hosts. What their prices will be for your account.

As said any company with a direct account can give you a sub account.
What sort of pricing do you need though ?

I think unlimited chain of resellers has been restricted to 6.
On Friday, July 25, 2008, I got their Announcements mail and it said:
Reseller Chain Limit Redefined:
Going forward, the ResellerClub platform will set a limit to the Reseller Chain, thereby restricting your Reseller chain to 6 levels. This essentially means that you will be able to have up to 6 levels of Resellers under you.
Over the years, we have realized that the infinite level Reseller chain capability has caused a hindrance towards designing and coding several architectural changes that we wanted to introduce. Features, promos, and new introductions become easier to implement when our development team has a definite Reseller level chain to apply the updates to. This redefined policy was finalized after considerable investigation of the current Reseller chains across the system, and it was evident that less than a handful of Resellers had existing chains which were greater than 6 levels.
Having kept these aspects in mind, we have introduced this policy as a means for better technical management and easier proliferation of development updates.
Impact on Existing Reseller chains
* All existing Reseller chains will continue to function as is, irrespective of the level at which the Reseller account exists.
* Resellers at the 6th level or below will now be able to add only 1 level of Resellers under them.
Impact on New Sign-ups post the Reseller chain redefinition
* Resellers Signing-up at the 6th level will be able to have only customers under them.
* Resellers signing-up at any level between 1 and 6 will be able to establish a Reseller chain under them as per the redefined policy. For Example: If a New Reseller is at the 2nd level under you, then 4 more levels of Resellers can sign-up under him.
