Theres very few countries around the world that use DOLLARS (See the $ sign) and none that i know of have that ratio of $1000 USD to $5 Whatever. And eitherway, who would want to hire a person who seemingly knows nothing about the web. He didnt even define "simple stuff" he could do.

My guess is that he's from Hong Kong. They used to use dollars there, I think, but I'm not sure what currency they use now. I've heard that since the Chinese took over Hong Kong a few years back, the Hong Kong economy has been destroyed.
