Once more my ***** server is offline due to their router dying - this is the third time this month.

I still have about 8 months left of the contract with them, but I will cancel it on grounds of poor performance (they still have not fixed my IP address issue that has been going on for over a month now).

Anyway, I am after a similar spec server as to what I have at the moment with them, and I was after some quotes.

I am after

Celeron 600 (or better)
192mb RAM (or better)
15GB IDE HD (or better)
20GB Bandwidth (or more)
10 IP Addresses (or more)
or 2 IPs if I can use apache's virtualhosts
RedHat 6.2
Some kind of admin control panel (preferably not webmin)
PHP 4.04pl1
MySQL 3.23.3x
Perl

Also the ability to add reverse DNS checks so
ip resolves to domainname and domainname resolves to ip

I pay ***** about $160 for the above server.

Also I would prefer no setup cost or < $100 setup and no contract (basically, if I am happy then you will have my business).

Just to let you know, *****s have now dug the final blow.

Last week they 'fixed' the IP address issue I had, but guess what?
Woke up this morning to some angry users - their sites were not working.

So I checked the server's netconf only to find that ***** only went and changed a block of 16 IPs without telling me anything.

This is beyond a joke.
