I have used their service for more than 1 year. It is true that I have to open a bank in California to accept my money. But I am in Massachusetts. It is a big hassle to manage this separate bank account. Now I just received notice by mail there was a charge back happened in my account about 2 months ago. After checked with USPS, the product has been delivered to this customer with confirmation#. I called ECHO customer support and was told it is too late. I asked if there is anyway to get notice on time in the near future. She said you have to login your account everyday to check. They do not send out any email notice. It is userâs responsibility to track all these information. So stay away from this company if you can.
