I'm not the webdesign expert or anything but I had created these 2 layouts for my website fluidcore.com but I made something that'll suit my needs more and so I gave up on these 2.

So I'm planning to sell them to get about $200 bucks from both.
Here is the stuff I'll give along:

The HTML page with the code and gif images.
All the PSDs and FLA files.
Since the logos in these layouts are on fluidcore.com, I'll be making a separate logo for the buyer. So you get a logo design as well.
Complete editing of the flash files along with the images to suit your website's text and navigational structure.

Hey - you've just GIVEN the templates away. Take a screen shot of the pages and post THOSE. Don't post the actual templates in HTML format!

Nice template. I like the first one best. Not what I am looking for now, but I like it.

I have the screenshots up now. :D I hope I get some buyers soon. Do you think I have a chance selling these? I'm totally new to templating. Are they cheap, expensive or properly priced?

I would suggest looking at the templates listed here in the past few weeks and see where yours comes in - skillwise. Then price from there.

I know the reasonig why you need to show the template as a jpg, but I hate how it doesn't show how well the swf works etc. Too bad it has to be that way, but it's got to be that way.

Hmmm well... but I am giving the extra designing along with it. If it were just the template I'd charge $30/$20 but I'm designing a logo, editing the flash stuff along with it including the PSDs.

Your templates are nice :) Keep up the good work. It is actually nice to see you getting those up. I think it should not be difficult to get a buyer for those templates for $100 with the services you have bundled.
