Dedicated 1Mbps Bandwidth + Access to 100Mbps Shared Bandwidth Pool*
How many servers is this 100Mbit line shared with? And how much bandwidth can I pull out from it on an average?

A lot of low bandwidth server which usage is less than 1Mbps is shared in the 100Mbit pool.
Server with High bandwidth usage is move out from this pool to subscribe dedicated bandwidth.
The shared 100Mbit pool have plenty of room for short burst.
