To be frank, I don't feel comfortable ordering any server when all I'm provided with is a website with no SLA/AUP to show, or anything to indicate that it's a delicated server provider. Neither am I comfortable with doing business with a company that uses a POBox address.
How am I to know that it's not another fly-by-night operation?

Can you ellaborate on this a tad?
No offense, just seems very odd that you're both in chicago, you're both running extremely similar specials, and you're both running through extremely close traces (last 1-2 hops are different, so i'd imagine the same node, or very close in chicago.
If you're not affiliated with kingcomp, are you affiliated with fdcservers.net? Are you in the same building, etc?
Heck, even your webpage looks fairly similar (to the old one), along with all the specs, etc. If you're truly not affiliated in any way with them, ten im sure you'd have no problem seeing why people would think you are.
What bandwidth providor is this provided from???
How can you guarantee those prices, i wasnt aware datafacilities got bandwidth at a price so low they could sale at the rate your stating...
Do we get in contract that you guarantee the transfer stated above?
