MultiPlatform Hosting

A few of customers that I have designed web pages for, are using NetFirms due to their MultiPlatform hosting. Do any of you guys know, if there is control panel software that you can buy simular to Netfirms.

Please define Mutli Platform.
If you mean one server ASP and one Server PHP then WHMCS can do that.
You can create separate packages that relate to different servers.
Eg you can have a linux cpanel server and then you can have a windows plesk server.
If your meaning multi platform as in Cluster then this can be done using VPS's and then installing your hosting software on this.

Or go the easier and better route and use hsphere with multiple servers or a provider that does reselling with multiple platforms. Some hosts around here known for and use hsphere are Jodohost, Cartika, and Vortech (though I'm sure there are plenty of others.)

The easiest option is to use WHMCS and set up different packages for different servers.
It allows you to add multiple servers be it Linux or Windows and assign packages to different servers.

not really the "easiest" as you would need multiple hosting accounts to accomplish it...

What Netfirms, Mosso and several other hosts do is give you access to multiple servers and platforms from a central interface with a single account. I believe that is what the OP is asking for vs some makeshift solution that requires the customers to have and manage multiple accounts from possibly multiple providers and then, on top of that, run something like WHMCS - this really is not a workable solution for most people..

Thanks for the information everyone.
Cartika-andrew, that was exactly what I was looking for. I guess when you think about it, most developers are going to select one platform or another. I think if I was to offer both Windows and Linux hosting, I could cover both PHP etc and ASP.
No need to create something like NetFirms
