Do a small low budget add campaign, visit churches, contact teachers and sponsor graphic design departments, something to get the name out. See how you fair after 2 or 3 months, and see if that is your target market. Build up a "Target Market" portfolio and then use it to go after regional markets based on your target market. Be a specialist in your field, so many hosts out there just "Want it all, and fast", and they forget that there are real people out there looking for services, that want to be serviced by the right service.
