Tech Identity is currently looking for an Advertising/Marketing Coordinator. Duties include developing, arranging and managing all advertising and marketing needs of our company.

The pay scale is based off commissions of the project you are working on. For each new client that your ad campaign brings to Tech Identity you will receive 7% of total revenue. If we reach our projected goal on the campaign it will increase to 15% of total revenue. If target goal is met for the first project you would be working on, the pay would be $5,000 (and potentially more).

Here are some of the questions I have received via email and I thought I would post them here for all to review.

Q: What type of marketing plans do you already have in place?
A: We currently don't have an "acting" marketing plan. We haven't needed one as most of our clients we receive are from "Word of Mouth" We primarily have been working with State and Local sponsored programs and area businesses. We are wanting to expand are name visibility and get a broader range of clients

Q: What are the main duties you see this position conducting?
A: The main duties would be helping our company establish a strong marketing plan and help develop advertising campaigns.

Q: What type of goals do you have for these campaigns (Mentioned goals in the post)?
A: The goals will vary by project currently running, however for the most part the goal will be "A set number of new clients within an advertising campaign schedule."

Q: Why is there a difference in what I would get paid?
A: Simply put, if we succeed from your Advertising and Marketing campaigns, then you will succeed in higher pay.
