We can give email accounts to our clients? What is the server requirement for Socketmail Pro?

Yes, you can give email accounts or email hosting to your clients, charge them for upgrades (optional), offer free email accounts (or paid), setup banner ads, offer pop3 and smtp, fetch mail from external email ids, etc etc - just like gmail or yahoo mail or live mail (hotmail).
Pro requires a Linux Dedicated Server (OR VPS/VDS) and server technical know-how. (CPanel or Plesk would add better integration and mail filtering features, however are not required if you have good server admin knowledge).
Lite requires Linux Shared Hosting (or better) with a control panel for optimal performance (CPanel/Plesk are rated the best for this).

What kind of server specs should we expect?

Depends on your usage initially. You can always upgrade everything. As mentioned anything from a VPS to a dedicated server - from a Celeron to a Xeon - as per your requirements.

ANNOUNCING THE SOON TO BE RELEASED Socketmail 2.4 (or 3.0) - Includes a new Ajax / Web 2.0 Tab System. This will be a major release. Upgrades will be free for existing users or users signed up before November 10, 2008.
Discounts for SM lite are now "10%" and not "15%" due to soon release of 2.4 as well as price increase on the site (later next month).
