SO does this include everthing I would need ? rackspace , full rack , 10mbit connection , and power , also how about ip's ?

do you have a IP to ping ?

Who is the backup bandwidth provider when Cogent goes down? (Or am I misinterpreting what redundant means in the statement above?)

phantasywork...yes, it includes everything you need. You can ping 64.83.111.251 or 64.83.110.1 IP's are based on justification. We provide a /29 default (5 usable) but can provide more based on your needs.

hbouma...In Miami, the backup carrier is Epik and Verio. In Dallas, the backup is Yipes! and we are working to add another one.
