Ive bought this but have not used it very long, seems ok. Can anyone tell me, who has used it for a while, how good is it in the long run? Does it ever fail, is it reliable?

It isn't really useful for paid hosts though.. You should go for WHMCS or ClientEXEC if you are a paid host.

It works fine for paid hosts... although it wouldn't be my first choice. I use it for my free hosting business and I love it, does just what it claims to.
