I have tried looking at the phone book and could only find a few places that looked to be resellers and sucked in price.

I live in sacramento, ca. which should be a huge place for this kind of thing with pipes all over but I cannot find any online tools to look for prices, etc.

I run my own redhat 7/zeus web server currently in fremont, ca. at a place called maxim and want to leave because of the price increase and access to my server.

thanks for any info

You won't find any place cheaper than maxim was.

really you sound so sure of yourself? Why is it that some places can compete with their prices almost without you needing your own servers now and maxim raises their prices?

what is so special about them, they are small. Maybe they oversold or something I don't know about?

Hi damac-

I know Inflow opened a datacenter in Sacramento relatively recently. http://www.inflow.com

If you're just looking to place to locate one or two machines they're probably not for you, however. The local Inflow center (San Diego) only leases full racks. Their site lists 1/2 racks, however none were to be found here. No first hand experience other than a quick tour of their local center.

The reason why I am so sure, is that I know this industry pretty well, and I have done my research.
