I am buying today 10 accounts, with the following:

Each account at $7 has:
- CPanel
- 200MB disk
- 1GB Transfer/mo (i use 100mb transfer, but 1gb feels nice)
- Unmetered ftp/emails/sql/subdomains/etc
- Immediate setup
- Each account at different geographic location.
- 1 IP address

I pay via paypal or credit card.
I will signup only with a reliable webhost, not a 123 overnighter.
