Around march 2005 i buy a Typo of com net org and info of a prehispanic term.
Later, i decide not renew them, but the registerfly fiasco, and other circunstances, make the 4 domains are alive today.
Well...
I receive some days ago a court order for other issue, and the legal prcedure starter, a guy without mental disorder, tray to justify himself saying he make a "AC" or a TLD in United state terms .... with the typo, in 2006.
Then, the guy who have very many problems for mental disorder and individual actions, try to justify of one of them for the TLD of the typo he create with others in Last days of 2006.
Result, the whole LTD look today as a premedited attempt to stole my identity, my social works goals, and i am normally, and in a safe place, for the FOUR domains i registered four years ago.
I need purchase more typos.

No, The domains are alive. As a secondary part of the legal process, they sue justifying the actions of the other part with a Corporation called as the name of my domains are, is not a generic word , is a prehispanic word.

I register olimpomexicano.com net org and info in 2005.... and a Indiviudal is trying justify a very different act with the "olimpo de mexico AC" or "Olimpo de mexico TLD", created in 2006.
Is a strange matter, because are not related issues ( at first glance ), but because i have the Domains BEFORE, now the TLD look as a "copycat" business to try theft my identity and work.
I bless now the moment when i purchase the 4 domains.

The problem was no related in first place at first glance. In few words, i do a mothly meeting the last 12 years. Some people was banned for that meetings and forums, one of them was banned for drug abuse, harrasment, etc.
Some years ago they begin to try to impersonate me. In July, he come to threat me and other seven people... in the place of the meeting, and police catch him ,, but release he some days later because we dont suffer for the harrasment.
The, the addict begin a Penal , nor civil process against me and other people, for lieng to a court (without bases) and in the process he trying to justify himself because some people related to them , including a girl banned of our forums for support he and his double personalities, create in 2006 a LTD, ans say the LTD will go to have a meeting to in the same place, day and time.
The stupid thing is the guy accept in a new age book a historial of mental disorders, and he go to our table, then we are the threatened. And the LTD calls very similar to 4 domain names i purchase in 2005.
Them if you remember we do the meetings many years ago, and the guy and the girl who founded the LTD was banned of our sites ... and trying to do meetings in same place day and time , and create a LTD , sounds a dumb attempt to impersonate my groups and goals.
ahhhh i forgot to say the guy identifiy in court with an expired ID, he is using a 1991 ID card, but the law say that ID have value for 10 years.
In Mexico The legal process are surrealist, but give many importance to witness and we are eight.
I think i will go to have around 45 days more of legal process and will be dismissed, but now the 4 domains can be used for warning about the guy.

24 of november, was closed the case versus me, and The existence of the domains doom the other side arguments. Is rare cant say details, but all the enterprise - fraud schema of the people, was doomed forever and ever for them. I have around 40 domains focusing of destroy that scheme, and i think are a good, really good, investment.
