You should contact with your near banks, I think lots of them provide that kind of service.

They can provide you that service with two ways, first with a independent platform program, second with a https Virtual POS function. Choose which one is best for you.

Its not that easy at all, in fact its very frowned upon by north american banks to 'resell' merchant accounts.
It will either cost you two arms & two legs, or you'll have to do it wrongfully which i would definitely not suggest.
