Doubt about Plesk license in 4psa

Hi,
I am looking for a company that monthly leased Plesk licenses.
I found 4psa.com , there are many kind of license / domain options.
But I have a doubt..I need license for Plesk over OpenVZ (not virtuozzo).
In 4psa differs the standard Plesk license for Linux ( 6.80 EUR / month for 10 domains) and the Plesk Virtuozzo License ( 2.30 EUR / month ).
The "virtuozzo" license it is valid for OpenVZ? Or only to licensed virtuozzo containners?

As far as I know Plesk does not offer VPS licenses for any platforms other than Virtuozzo. My gut tells me the license would work just fine, but it would be in contract violation, and if they found out they could charge you retro for full price.
