I have Ensim 3.1 installed, and all is running fine except for one little problem...

users can't receive email.
The email is delivered to the server, all the mails are in a file called "mail" in /home/virtual/sitex/fst/var/spool/mail/
But is not send to any accounts.

Does anyone have any idea how to sort this out? I tried to get help from Ensim, but i cannot even reach their site at the moment.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I'm too tired to try to talk you through this, and you probably don't want to give access to your box... but try calling 877-MY-ENSIM if you can't figure it out. They'll charge you a $50 incident fee, though.

Better stick to reading then, this isn't much help ;)

I indeed payed the $50,- but don't expect wonders from it reading the Ensim forum.
I payed some bloke at the datacentre to take a look, he was back in 10 mins telling me he did'nt know Ensim :rolleyes:

I'm 30 hrs further and $100,- lighter, trust me i do look like booboo, i'm way past :angry: and should be :blush:

its solved.

Now to make you all start the day with a smile, here's what was the problem.

The alias was forwarded to mail (mail) in smtp (never been there).

BTW Ensims support responded quick and accurate.
