Am seriously looking for a host. Sent a few questions over 4 hours ago via their on-line support form. Simple questions - setup fees, dedicated IP address, allow multiple domains, etc. No response yet. I would hope this is not an indication of support levels, but it doesn't fill me with confidence when I don't hear back in 2 hours or so.

I may hear back that there was a service emergency that monopolized their time, if so I'll respond back with that information.

And still no answer to my simple questions.

Is there any emergency or situation that would warrant a lack of response for this length of time?

Per their support page, live help is unavailable.

I did not attempt it anyway, just assumed if they say it's unavailable, it probably is.

At this cost you can't provide reliable support - not over a long term, its pretty established in the markets that it's just not possible. No one has done it yet - not to say that this isn't the next best host in the world, but keep selecting carefully and its great to see people responding with reviews. Keep us updated.

and regarding the:
"Price Freeze Gurantee "

Spell checking is a feature that most reliable hosts take advantage of - after all, at least IT is free (... well... maybe not but you get the point) and reliable.

I've given up. It's been several days. What if my e-mail was down for this length of time...?

Refcom, you're 100% correct. We hope to find service at a bargain price, but realistically there are always trade-offs.
